At Saleplanets, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer returns within 30 days of delivery under the following conditions.

1. Return Eligibility & Conditions
Items must meet ALL of the following criteria to be eligible for return:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • All original tags must be attached and intact
  • Items must be returned in original packaging or suitable protective packaging
  • Returns must be initiated within 30 calendar days of the delivery date
  • A Return Authorization Number (RAN) must be obtained before shipping

Items NOT eligible for return:

  • Clothing showing signs of wear, alteration, or damage
  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance”
  • Intimate apparel, swimwear, or bodysuits (for hygiene reasons)
  • Items with removed or damaged tags
  • Products purchased during special promotional events unless otherwise specified

2. Return Process
Step 1: Request Authorization

  • Email returns@saleplanets.shop with your order number and reason for return
  • Include clear photos showing the item’s condition
  • Our team will review within 2 business days and provide a RAN if approved

Step 2: Prepare Your Return

  • Pack items securely in a protective shipping bag or box
  • Include the original packing slip or a note with your order number and RAN
  • Do not use the original product packaging as outer shipping material

Step 3: Ship Your Return

  • Use a trackable shipping service—we recommend insured shipping for protection
  • Email us the tracking number once shipped
  • We are not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit

3. Refunds

  • Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect your return
  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error

4. Exchanges
We currently offer exchanges for:

  • Defective items (manufacturing flaws)
  • Incorrect items shipped by us
  • Size exchanges when available in stock

To request an exchange, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order details and preference.

5. Final Sale Items
Items marked “Final Sale” are sold at deeply discounted prices and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded unless defective.

6. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at returns@saleplanets.shop
  • Provide your order number and clear photos/videos showing the issue
  • We will arrange a prepaid return label and expedite a replacement or refund
